Facilities, Special Conditions & Tariff
The Point is home to a friendly caring community and guests visiting Lakeshore Luxury Villa are welcomed to use its privately owned but shared facilities. However guests should respect the peace, tranquillity and privacy of residents by showing consideration and complying with all published rules and limits (including those relating to roads, harbours and the pavilion area). Please note Lakeshore Luxury Villa is not suitable for a large party and noise must be kept to a minimum after midnight.
The entire property is designated as an environmentally sensitive conservation estate so no pets are allowed. Flora and fauna should not be disturbed and there is a permanent ban on lighting fireworks or bonfires. Drones are not allowed and smoking is not permitted on shared facilities. Guest vehicles must be parked within the villa’s triple garage or outdoor parking area unless parked in the boat launching or pavilion areas during use. Boats and trailers may be parked in the designated boat park by prior arrangement.
01 May – 30 November (min stay 2 nights):
Villa: Daily Tariff NZ$1,400 (4 bedrooms)
Apartment: Daily Tariff NZ$400 (1 bedroom)
01 December – 30 April (min stay 4 nights):
Villa: Daily Tariff NZ$1,600 (4 bedrooms)
Apartment: Daily Tariff NZ$500 (1 bedroom)

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your payment in full. This payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. A bond and service fee will be advised at the time of booking to cover cleaning and supply of fresh linen. Please advise as soon as possible if for any reason you need to cancel your reservation. We will then refund your payment (less a 15% administration fee) if we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same period.
A maximum of six adults are permitted to sleep in the villa and two adults in the apartment - please confirm if you are travelling with children (the bunkroom has four single beds and the apartment has a double sofa bed).
